EPHB2 antibody was made against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of EPHB2.
EpH B2 antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
EPHB2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Approximately 60 kDa band observed in human lung and placenta lysates (calculated MW of 110 kDa according to NP_059145.2 and NP_004433.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Litterst et al, J Biol Chem. 2007 Apr 10; PMID: 17428795). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/mL.
