This antibody was purified via Protein A.
EphB1+EphB2 Polyclonal Antibody, Cy3 Conjugated
This is a highly specific antibody against EphB1+EphB2.
KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human EphB1+EphB2
Due to limited amount of testing and knowledge, not every possible cross-reactivity is known.
Keep the antibody in an aqueous buffered solution containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide. Store refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celcius for up to 1 year.

If you buy Antibodies supplied by Bioss Primary Conjugated Antibodies they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.Cy3 antibodies are excited by the 488-nanometer wave of an argon laser and the 633-nanometer line of a helium-neon diode laser. 1 of the Anti-EphB1+EphB2 can be used in flow cytometry but typically shows lower fluorescence intensity comparable to that of PE or APC. This Bioss Primary Conjugated Antibodies antibody is well suited for fluorescent microscopy.
Ephrin receptors bind members of the ephrin ligand family. They are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. They make up the largest subgroup of the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. Eph receptor B1 (EphB1) and Eph receptor B2 (EphB2) are receptors for ephrin-B family members. Developing and adult neural tissue express nearly all of the Ephrin receptors and ephrin ligands. Ephrins and ephrin receptors also play a significant role in angiogenesis. EphB2 acts as a tumor suppressor.
